Hangi bilgileri tutuyoruz
- Talep formu: yazdığın ad, e-posta ve not. Yalnız talebini değerlendirmek ve sana erişim vermek için kullanılır.
- Atlas katkı formu: ad, soyad, katkın, isteğe bağlı link ve e-posta, katkının ait olduğu bölüm, ayrıca kötüye kullanımı önlemek için gönderdiğin bağlantının IP adresi ve tarayıcı bilgisi.
- Google ile giriş: Google hesabının e-posta adresi ve adı. Google şifrene hiçbir zaman erişmeyiz; başka bir Google verisi istemeyiz.
- Geçici kullanıcılar: kullanıcı adı ve şifrenin yalnızca tek yönlü özeti (şifrenin kendisi saklanmaz).
- Kayıt: giriş ve erişim olayları (kim, ne zaman, hangi sayfa, sonuç) güvenlik amacıyla tutulur.
- Çerez: giriş yaptığında bir oturum çerezi kullanılır. ilkerarabaci.com sayfalarında Google Analytics, yalnızca çerez bandında "Kabul" dersen anonim istatistik çerezi yazar; reddedersen çerezsiz, toplu sayım yapılır. Reklam çerezi yoktur.
Nerede ve ne kadar süre
Veriler Google Cloud üzerinde (Firestore, Avrupa bölgesi; uygulama ABD bölgesinde çalışır) saklanır, kimseyle paylaşılmaz ve satılmaz. Saklama süreleri:
- Katkılardaki IP adresi ve tarayıcı bilgisi: 90 gün sonra otomatik silinir (katkının kendisi kalır).
- Giriş ve erişim kayıtları: 1 yıl.
- Sonuçlanan talepler: 1 yıl; bekleyen talepler sonuçlanana kadar.
- Kullanıcı hesabı: erişim süren bitse de yeniden açılabilsin diye kalır; silinmesini istersen hemen silinir.
- Google Analytics: anonim istatistik, Google tarafında 2 ay sonra silinir.
Verilerini nasıl sildirirsin
- Aşağıdaki "Verilerimi sil" düğmesine bas ve forma kayıtlarda geçen e-postanı (ya da katkı verdiysen ad ve soyadını) yaz. İstersen LinkedIn üzerinden de yazabilirsin.
- İlker, yönetim panelindeki silme aracıyla sana ait bütün kayıtları bulur: kullanıcı hesabın ve erişim izinlerin, taleplerin, katkıların ve kayıt satırların. Hepsi kalıcı olarak silinir; silme talebinin kendisi de.
- Silme en geç 30 gün içinde yapılır; e-posta verdiysen tamamlanınca haber verilir.

What we keep
- Request form: the name, email and note you enter, used only to handle your request and grant access.
- Atlas contribution form: name, surname, your contribution, optional link and email, the section it refers to, and, to prevent abuse, the IP address and browser details of your connection.
- Sign in with Google: your Google account email and name. We never see your Google password and request no other Google data.
- Temporary users: the username and a one-way hash of the password (the password itself is never stored).
- Log: sign-in and access events (who, when, which page, result) for security.
- Cookies: a session cookie when you sign in. On ilkerarabaci.com pages Google Analytics sets an anonymous statistics cookie only if you press "Accept" in the cookie banner; if you decline, only cookieless aggregate counting happens. No advertising cookies.
Where and how long
Data is stored on Google Cloud (Firestore, Europe region; the app runs in a US region), never shared or sold. Retention:
- IP address and browser details on contributions: deleted automatically after 90 days (the contribution itself stays).
- Sign-in and access log: 1 year.
- Closed requests: 1 year; open requests until they are handled.
- User account: kept so access can be reopened, deleted at once on request.
- Google Analytics: anonymous statistics, deleted by Google after 2 months.
How to have your data deleted
- Press "Delete my data" below and enter the email that appears in our records (or your name and surname if you contributed). You can also write on LinkedIn.
- İlker finds everything about you with the erase tool in the admin panel: account and access rights, requests, contributions and log lines. All of it is deleted permanently, including the deletion request itself.
- This is done within 30 days; if you left an email you are told when it is done.
- You can reset the cookie choice in your browser at any time with the button above.
